Realizing that I might be a risk I need a personal loan of up to 6000.00 this will actually pay off all of my credit card and floating debts. Leaving only car payments. Can anyone help?

No my friend, nobody is going to give you credit if your name is listed at the Financial Bureaus.

You need to clear that first, by finding out whether Judgment had been taken in other words, should judgment have been taken against you, you will have to remove same with an Application for Rescission of Judgment.

First things first, you will have to pay the debt;

Find yourself a good Attorney;

He will obtain a Consent for Rescission of Judgment and the matter will be removed / rescind from court;

Then only will your name be removed from the proverbial %26quot;black list%26quot;

Don%26#039;t fly to high, if you know what I mean for if you do, that is when you get into all kinds of financial trouble.

You might be able to find a finance company that specializes in taking in high risk clients. there is a price to pay. Very high interest rates. The other alternative is bankruptcy. If your credit is already damaged because of non payment of cards this will get you from underneath it and you may even be able to keep your car. Down side it takes about four years before you can get anykind of credit and then it is cards with yearly fees usually half the value of the card and low limits. I was where you are now and wish I had done one or the othe. Didn%26#039;y and have to live with the bad ratings for ten years and any judgements they get,
